What is your age policy to have access to your facility?

If you're 16 or older you have access. If you are 15 and younger, you need someone at least 16 years of age to enter and use the pools, etc. The cardio and weight rooms have an age limit of 14 and older. We do not provide babysitting and we have a rec department which caters to children next door about 200 feet from our facility.

I'm staying in Waterville Valley as a guest in one of the lodges. Do I have access to your facility?

Yes, if your lodge has an agreement with the club and tennis center for their guests to have access to our facilities. Check with your lodge for details.

What if I am staying as a guest of the owner of the condo (or home) in the valley?

If the owner is a member and is in good standing with the club, then you pay daily admission fees for either individuals or per family. Call the club for details on pricing.

If the owner is not a member, then how do I have access?

There is no walk-in' or public daily admission rate. The club is open to members, their guests, and those visitors staying in a lodge with a contractual agreement for admission for their guests.

I'm staying in a local campground, do you offer rates for daily admission or shower facilities?

Sorry, we do not have agreements with local campgrounds for showers and daily admission for campers.

Do you provide towels and keys for lockers?

Yes, we do. Each entrant receives a towel. Extra towels are available for a marginal fee. If you desire a locker key, one will be provided for you (we ask that adults hold locker keys for their children). You may be asked to share a locker. We also provide body and hair shampoo, hair dryers, and full locker room amenities. You return towels and keys to the front desk area when you check out.

What else can I expect to pay extra for when using your facility?

Extra fees are charged for indoor tennis, racquetball, massage, facials, and programs such as power yoga or water fitness classes and swimming lessons. We charge for racquet rentals and pro shop items. There are also charges for video and DVD rentals - we have over 2,700 titles!

How many pools do you have?

We have two 25m swimming pools one indoor and one outdoor (seasonal). Both are heated. We also have a one-foot deep children's wade pool, and two 10-person whirlpool spas.

Lifeguards, diving, food & drink?

No, no, and no! You swim at your own risk. Children 15 years and under need adult supervision. There is no diving in the pools. The deep end is 5.5 feet deep; the shallow end is 4 feet deep. Only bottled water is allowed in the indoor pool area.

Do you offer certain times for lap swimming, water-based programs, or family swims?

We cover it all with our large pool. There is a dedicated lap lane and the rest of the pool is open swim, all the time. Swim-based programs may occasionally occupy a small area of the open swim section of the pool.

Can we bring coolers and food to the outdoor pool?

We allow coolers for personal food items but absolutely no alcohol.

Are the saunas and steam rooms co-ed?

Yes, the two saunas and three steam rooms are co-ed. Children 15 and under need to be accompanied by an adult.

Can I charge any fees back to my room or lodge?

We are not set up to handle this request. Payment is expected before performing any activity.

Is the Coyote Grill restaurant open to the general public?

Yes. It is located on the third floor of the club and is generally renowned for having the best cuisine in Waterville Valley. The are open for dinner only, with the bar area open usually around 4pm. Click on the Coyote Grill link for more info on this fabulous dining experience.

Where are you located in Waterville Valley?

We are located on 98 Valley Road, just past the elementary school and across the street from the Golden Eagle Lodge and Packard's Field. Yes -it's a good GPS address.

What are your hours of operation?

The club is open 7 days a week. In the summer and winter our hours are generally 8a.m. to 9pm. Off-season the hours change to Monday Friday 8a.m. to 7p.m. Saturday and Sunday we open at 8a.m. Saturdays we stay open until 9p.m. These hours of operation are subject to change, so it is best to call the club to be sure what hours we are open. Also, keep in mind we close the pools, saunas, steam rooms, cardio and weight rooms one 1/2 hour before closing the facility. This allows patrons to shower up and leave the premises for 9p.m. The arcade area is open until the restaurant closes.

Is there a shuttle service to your facilities?

The valley does operate a shuttle service between the ski area and hotels and condominiums. To have it stop at the club or outdoor tennis center simply let the driver know you are headed there. The shuttle operates seasonally.
